Cultivet Capital was not designed in a corporate office. It was shaped over years of walking farmland in Jordan, observing post-harvest losses in East Africa, and watching viable green production projects collapse for want of the right investor — not capital alone, but capital paired with stewardship, patience, and expertise.
In 2016, Amara Khalil — a Jordanian agronomist and irrigation specialist — joined hands with Dr. Nia Osei, a Nairobi-based development economist, and Youssef Mansour, a Cairo-bred private equity veteran, to build something they had each been searching for: a firm with the patience of a family office, the rigour of an institution, and the conviction of people who had seen what thoughtful cultivation of land, resources, and enterprise could do for communities.

Local Co-Investment
We never invest alone. We mandate co-investment from local operators, sovereign partners, or family offices. This ensures absolute alignment of interests, embedded local knowledge, and shared risk from day one to exit.
On-Ground Presence
You cannot assess crop health or manufacturing efficiency from a spreadsheet in London. Our operating partners live in Amman, Nairobi, and Istanbul. We are in the fields, on the factory floors, and directly engaged with the communities we operate within.
